Internship Program
Flood Church Lilongwe offers opportunity for young people to participate in a year-long ministry internship, starting in February. Interns are asked to commit 15 hours per week to ministry activity. Interns serve as Campus Ambassadors, visiting college campuses on a weekly basis and organising campus concerts once a year. Interns also help facilitate key Outreach events including Ufulu Festival and S.A.L.T.
These interns become part of Flood staff during the year and are each assigned a mentor to help guide them in this process. They are also offered training and leadership-development opportunities. Interns must apply and interview for the internship and are provided with an allowance to cover transport and communication costs.

I praise God for flood Church! The teachings at Flood especially from the leading pastor, Sean Kampondeni, have helped me look deep within myself as a young person and have found sin and there is a great need for a saviour ;Jesus Christ.I know that I can never make it without God ,each day I am called to die to sin, with the worlds pressures and everyday struggles its easy to stray from the path of righteousness nevertheless I am grateful for the Flood family which keeps me in check through fellowship e.g. Growth Group and Sunday Services. At Flood you find people who tell you the truth even if you don’t want to hear it! The truth about the TRUTH is that it sets you free!
