‘Be good’ is often a phrase that’s used with children … I know I find myself sounding like a stuck record at times! But what does it mean to be good? The story that comes straight to mind is the good Samaritan (although that’s our subtitle rather than Jesus’). In this story, Jesus shows us that being good to everyone is our calling – whether they are friends or enemies.
